Wir freuen uns riesig auf unser allererstes eigenes Event: den BASSM8S Dance 1! Nach über einem Jahr Vorbereitung – vom Gründen unseres Vereins bis hin zur Suche nach der perfekten Location – ist es endlich soweit.
Unser Thema lautet: "Music is Life" – erwartet die besten Beats für das Fandom von grandiosen DJs, mit einem klaren Fokus auf Musik und Feiern.
Dieses Event ist für alle Party-People im Fandom, die Lust auf Tanzen und Spaß haben!
Die Registrierung startet am 10. Januar 2025 um 20 Uhr .
Die Liste der DJs wird noch bekannt gegeben – aber wenn du Lust hast, selbst aufzulegen, kannst du dich bei der Registrierung als DJ bewerben. Setze einfach den Haken und sende uns ein Mixtape (z. B. über Google Drive oder Mixcloud) zusammen mit einem kurzen Motivationsschreiben an dj@bassm8s.com. Teile uns mit, warum du auflegen möchtest und was deine Mission als DJ ist!
Im Ticketpreis enthalten ist eine Getränkeflatrate, die Softdrinks, Hauscocktails, Bier, Wein und Longdrinks umfasst. Essen bieten wir nicht an, aber in der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Imbissmöglichkeiten.

Du kannst bequem mit der Bahn nach Soltau reisen – der Bahnhof liegt nicht weit von der Location entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichst du uns über die Autobahn A7. Soltau liegt ca. 70 km südlich von Hamburg und 85 km nördlich von Hannover. Der nächstgelegene Flughafen ist Hannover Airport (ca. 80 km entfernt).
Wo kann ich parken?
Für den Dance stehen kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor Ort zur Verfügung. Es ist erlaubt, im Auto zu übernachten. Bitte beachtet, dass Parkplatzpartys nicht gestattet sind.
Gibt es E-Ladesäulen vor Ort für Elektroautos?
Leider gibt es direkt vor Ort keine E-Ladesäulen. In der näheren Umgebung sind jedoch Lademöglichkeiten vorhanden.
Ich hab gesehen, in Soltau gibt es den Heidepark...
Das stimmt! Der Heidepark öffnet (Stand heute) ebenfalls am 5. April 2025. Tickets können auf der Website des Heideparks gekauft werden.

Wo kann ich rauchen?
Rauchen ist abseits des Haupteingangs gestattet. Bitte nehmt Rücksicht auf Fursuiter und achtet darauf, dass der Rauch nicht in den Eingangsbereich zieht.
Darf ich Cannabis oder andere Drogen konsumieren?
Der Konsum von Cannabis ist aufgrund der Nähe zu einem Spielplatz nicht erlaubt. Der Konsum jeglicher anderer Drogen ist ebenfalls untersagt und führt zum sofortigen Verweis vom Veranstaltungsgelände.
Kann ich meinen Hund (oder Haustier) mitnehmen?
Theoretisch ja, aber bitte denkt daran, dass die laute Musik für die Tiere stressig sein kann. Überlegt euch gut, ob ihr eurem Haustier diese Situation zumuten möchtet.
Wir können dieses Jahr leider keine vergünstigten Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten anbieten und empfehlen die üblichen Buchungsportale – es gibt zahlreiche Hotels und Pensionen in der Umgebung.
Wenn du helfen möchtest, setze einfach den entsprechenden Haken bei der Registrierung. Wir melden uns zeitnah bei dir. Außerdem kannst du uns mit dem Kauf eines "1. We’re beyond excited to announce our very first event: BASSM8S Dance 1! After over a year of preparations – from founding our association to finding the perfect venue – it’s finally happening.
Our theme is "Music is Life" – expect the best beats for the fandom from amazing DJs, with a strong focus on music and celebration.
This event is for all party people in the fandom who love to dance and have a great time!Registration opens on 10 January 2025 at 8 PM at dance.bassm8s.com.
The lineup of DJs will be announced soon – and if you’d like to perform, you can apply as a DJ during registration.
Just check the box and send us a mixtape (via Google Drive, Mixcloud, or similar platforms) along with a short motivational letter to dj@bassm8s.com. Tell us why you want to perform and what your mission as a DJ is!
The ticket price includes a drinks flat rate, which covers soft drinks, house cocktails, beer, wine, and long drinks. We are not offering food, but there are plenty of restaurants and takeaways nearby.

You can easily travel by train to Soltau – the station is close to the venue. By car, you can reach us via the A7 motorway. Soltau is approximately 70 km south of Hamburg and 85 km north of Hanover. The nearest airport is Hanover Airport (around 80 km away).
Where can I park?
Free parking spaces are available directly at the venue. Staying overnight in your car is permitted. Please note that parking lot parties are not allowed.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
Unfortunately, there are no charging stations directly at the venue, but you’ll find some in the surrounding area.
I saw that Soltau has the Heide Park..
That’s correct! The Heide Park opens for the season (as of now) on 5th April 2025. Tickets are already available on the Heide Park website.

Where can I smoke?
Smoking is allowed away from the main entrance. Please be considerate of fursuiters, and make sure the smoke stays outside the building.
Can I consume cannabis or other drugs?
Due to the proximity of a playground, cannabis consumption is not allowed. The consumption of any other drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the premises.
Can I bring my dog (or pet)??
In theory, yes. However, please consider whether your pet will be able to handle the loud music. Think carefully before bringing them along.
We unfortunately can't offer discounted accommodation this year. We recommend using common booking platforms – there are plenty of hotels and guesthouses in the area.
